​​​​My role as an educator is to empower my students and nurture their natural curiosity as a means for increasing both competence and the enjoyment of reading. I establish a warm and responsive relationship with children, meeting them where they are. My lessons are tailored to the child’s strengths. I use humor and games to support executive function. I am experienced working with a wide range of neuro-divergent children including but not limited to those with autism, ADHD, and dyslexia. I work with home school students, in traditional school settings, in small groups and one-on-one.
